Terms of Service

You may use the Service if you can form a binding contract with us. Learners under 18 receive a safeguarded experience, and learners under 13 require a parent or guardian to be aware of the account. If you use Baiku on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information, including an accurate date of birth. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Submit links or content you do not have the right to submit, or that is harmful, abusive, or illegal.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or bypass usage limits.
• Misuse the Service to generate or distribute misleading, harmful, or infringing content.

Baiku uses AI to simplify publicly accessible content and to generate original explainers. Simplified and AI-generated content may contain errors and is provided for learning and general information only. It is not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Always verify important facts against original sources, which we link where available.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Free features are provided at no cost. Paid subscriptions (for example Pro) are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that content will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baiku will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
