What is Baiku?+
Baiku turns any article or topic into a clear, simple explanation, with quizzes, analogies, key-term tooltips and progress tracking, so you can understand anything fast.
How do I use it?+
On the home page, paste any link or type a topic and press Simplify. Baiku reads it and rewrites it in plain, easy language.
Do I need an account, and is it free?+
You can try Baiku free without an account. A free account adds saved progress, badges and more daily simplifications; reading already-simplified pages is always free and unlimited.
What is Pro and how much is it?+
Pro is $3.99/month (or $29/year) and unlocks unlimited new simplifications, unlimited Ask Baiku, deeper quizzes, unlimited learning journeys and skills that never expire.
I have a promo code — where do I enter it?+
Sign in, open the account menu at the top right, choose "Redeem a code" and enter it. You can also redeem it on your profile page under "Have a promo code".
How do I cancel Pro or get a refund?+
You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account at any time; for a refund or any billing question, email hello@baiku.ai.
What are Learning Journeys, Skills and Collections?+
A journey is an ordered set of lessons on a subject; a skill is an article you've learned and passed the quiz on; a collection is your own folder to group articles however you like.
Are the explanations accurate?+
Baiku uses AI to simplify trusted sources, but AI can make mistakes, so for anything important please check the original, which is linked on every article.
Can I learn in my language?+
Yes. Pick your language from the toolbar, and use the Translate button on any article to read it in your language.
Is Baiku safe for children?+
Yes. Accounts for under-18s get a safeguarded, private, age-appropriate experience, and under-13 accounts also ask for a parent or guardian's email.
How do I reset my password or manage my account?+
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen; if you signed up with Google or Microsoft, sign in with that same button. You can edit your profile, and export or delete your data, from your profile settings.
